Our mission is to provide an excellent support service to individuals needing care in their own homes.  We do this through our team of dedicated staff.   As a local provider of Domiciliary Care we deliver our services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 52 weeks a year.

We could never accomplish this without the dedication of our team of employees. With 28 Carers/Senior Carers and a small team of 5 Office staff, we offer a broad spectrum of roles from care, domestic, personal assistant, and training, through to administration and management including , finance and HR. Every person is committed to enhancing the lives of our Clients.

As a new employee, you will attend an induction training programme to provide you with the knowledge, skills and understanding to succeed in your role. You will have the chance to observe and practice skills and will have a senior carer to provide guidance along the way. Following induction, we provide you with ongoing training and refresher training to ensure your skills are up-to-date. We also offer opportunities to develop further through our 1:1 supervisor and appraisal discussions
